Smith and Coates is an Interior Design and Colour Consultancy practice that offers as much or as little input as your project needs.

Founder Sarah Coates trained as a textile designer, and her first job was as the assistant to the interior designer at Osborne and Little - a role she took over when the designer left on maternity leave. Being thrown in at the deep end stood her in good stead, and she has subsequently lived and worked as a designer in New York, Beijing and Hong Kong.

Services range from spatial planning and reorganising the layout of furniture, developing a unique colour palette for an interior, to completely redesigning and project managing the creation of your home.
